In this paper, a hybrid fuel cell system integrated with methanol steam reformer and methanation reactor is demonstrated. Methanol steam reformer employed in this system is to produce hydrogen-rich reformate in connection with a methanation reactor to reduce the carbon monoxide content effectively, and the reformate gas is sent into a low-temperature polymer electrolyte fuel cell for direct electric power generation. The optimum conditions (temperature, water to methanol ratio, and space velocity) for methanol steam reforming (MSR) reaction and methanation (MET) reaction are verified by experiments. A comparison between pure hydrogen, reformate surrogate, and actual reformate is performed. The results show that the power density of this hybrid system achieves 245.2 mW/cm2 while it achieves 268.8 mW/cm2 when employing pure hydrogen as the fuel. An alternative novel method to solve the problem of hydrogen storage and transportation is provided and the in-situ hydrogen production and utilizing through low-temperature fuel cell system is realized, which is helpful to accelerate the commercialization process of the fuel cell. 相似文献

In this work, we investigate the influence mechanism of hydrogen partial pressure on fracture toughness and fatigue life of a high strength pipeline steel. Both fracture toughness test and fatigue life test are carried out under different hydrogen partial pressure. The experimental results show that with the increasing of hydrogen partial pressure, fracture toughness and fatigue life decrease and the decrease trends gradually flatten out. Hydrogen has a larger effect on fatigue life than fracture toughness. Only 3% hydrogen gas can cause a 67.7% decrease of fatigue life. The in-situ hydrogen permeation test is performed respectively in 2 MPa, 5 MPa and 8 MPa hydrogen partial pressure. With the increasing of hydrogen partial pressure, the increase trend of hydrogen permeation current gradually tends to be gentle, which indicates that the hydrogen atoms entering into the material gradually become saturated. This result can be used to clarify the influence mechanism of hydrogen partial pressure on fracture toughness and fatigue life. 相似文献

In order to clarify the effect of grain size on the electrical performance of BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.1Yb0.1O3-δ (BZCYYb) solid electrolytes with addition of NiO, microcrystalline (~1.5?µm) and ultrafine-grained (~280?nm) BZCYYb electrolytes (with 1?wt% NiO) were fabricated by the conventional and two-step sintering method, respectively. The results show that compared with microcrystalline electrolytes, the ultrafine-grained electrolytes have similar grain-interior conductivities, but much lower grain-boundary conductivities, illustrating that the grain boundary is not conducive for ionic transport. As a result, the electrical conductivity of microcrystalline electrolytes (1.9?×?10?2 S?cm?1 at 600?°C in wet air) is higher than that of ultrafine-grained electrolytes (1.1?×?10?2 S?cm?1 at 600?°C in wet air). In addition, the OCV (open-circuit voltage) values of electrolyte-supported single cells show that the undesired electronic conduction exists in the electrolytes due to the BaY2NiO5 impurity formed by the reaction of NiO and BZCYYb. The ultrafine-grained electrolytes show lower OCV values than that of microcrystalline ones, due to the prolonged electronic transport paths. Therefore, large-grained or grain boundary-free microstructure are necessary for improving the electrical performance of BZCYYb electrolytes. 相似文献

A foil–microchannel plate(MCP) detector,which uses electrostatic lenses and possesses both good position and timing resolutions, has been designed and simulated for beam diagnostics and mass measurements at the next-generation heavy-ion-beam facility HIAF in China. Characterized by low energy loss and good performances of timing and position measurements, it would be located at focal planes in fragment separator HFRS for position monitoring, beam turning, Bρ measurement, and trajectory reconstruction. Moreover, it will benefit the building-up of a magnetic-rigidity–energy-loss–time-offlight(Bρ-△E-TOF) method at HFRS for high-precision in-flight particle identification of radioactive isotope beams on an event-by-event basis. Most importantly, the detector can be utilized for in-ring TOF and position measurements,beam-line TOF measurements at two achromatic foci, and position measurements at a dispersive focus of HFRS, thus making it possible to use two complementary mass measurement methods [isochronous mass spectrometry at the storage ring SRing and magnetic-rigidity–time-of-flight(Bρ-TOF) at the beam-line HFRS] in one single experimental run. 相似文献

针对跨数据中心的资源调度问题,提出了一种基于组合双向拍卖(PCDA)的资源调度方案。首先,将云资源拍卖分为三个部分:云用户代理报价、云资源提供商要价、拍卖代理组织拍卖;其次,在定义用户的优先级及任务紧迫度的基础上,在拍卖过程中估算每一个工作发生的服务等级协议(SLA)违规并以此计算云提供商的收益,同时每轮竞拍允许成交多项交易;最终达到根据用户等级合理分配云资源调度的效果。仿真实验结果表明该算法保证了竞拍成功率,与传统一次拍卖成交一项的组合双向拍卖方案相比,PCDA在竞拍时间段产生的能耗降低了35.00%,拍卖云提供商的利润提高了约38.84%。 相似文献

中国散裂中子源(CSNS)靶体选用钨为靶材、钽为包覆层,采用包套法结合热等静压扩散焊工艺制备了钽包覆钨靶片。经检测,钨钽界面结合良好,钽层与钨基体平均结合强度大于64.07 MPa。靶体将钨靶片分成厚度不等的11片,散热采用一进一出的并行流结构,利用CFD软件进行了模拟计算,钨靶片间冷却流道间隙为1.2 mm,100 kW满功率运行情况下靶体最高温度为182.3 ℃,冷却水温升为7.1 ℃。经过半年多的试运行,CSNS靶体各参数满足CSNS的要求。 相似文献

为了研究中国钢铁行业的节能减排潜力,以35项钢铁行业先进节能减排技术为研究对象,建立节能供应曲线(Conservation Supply Curve,简称CSC)模型,分析影响钢铁行业的节能减排收益、成本效益以及钢铁生产流程工序层面的节能减排潜力因素。结果表明,这35项技术全部应用可实现3.01 GJ/t的节能量以及398.22 kg/t的CO2减排量。将结果与第十三个五年计划推广技术作对比,在当前情况下,约有50%的推广技术并不符合成本效益;运用CSC模型进行了钢铁生产流程工序层面的节能减排潜力研究,得到各个工序的节能量和减排量,并据此分析了各项技术未来的发展趋势和应用前景。 相似文献
